Saharanpur, Shamli, Hapur, Meerut, Muzaffarnagar, Baghpat, Ghaziabad, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Mathura, Aligarh, Hathras, Agra, Bijnor, Amroha, Moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly, Pilibhit, Sambhal, and Bulandshahr districts are susceptible to strong gusty winds of 30 to 40 kilometers per hour.
